The Certificate in Conflict Analysis and Management
Dear Past and Prospective Students,
The Diamond Institute for Integral Learning formerly offered a 252-hour Certificate in Conflict Analysis and Management. Training was made up of both theoretical and skills-based instruction. Students who acheived this certificate worked with a variety of approaches to conflict management to bring about an understanding of conflict-centred dynamics, diverse communication styles, and functional conflict management strategies and skills.
In recent years we have seen a decrease in the demand for the courses offered in this certificate program. Consequently, we have recently made the decision to discontinue this certificate program. In response to the changing needs of students, The Diamond Institute for Integral Learning is developing new programs that will challenge the way students think about leadership and conflict. We hope that you will join us in this exciting period of development by participating in new Certificate Programs and Workshops.
For those students who have taken part in the Certificate in Conflict Analysis and Management, we are happy that you have had the opportunity to participate in our conflict analysis courses and hope that they were an enriching part of your mediation and conflict resolution training.
