The Certificate in Organizational Leadership
Dear Past and Prospective Students,
The Diamond Institute for Integral Learning formerly offered a 126-hour Certificate in Organizational Leadership. Students who acheived this certificate sought to develop exceptional leadership awareness by examining the increasingly complex and challenging roles and responsibilities of leaders.
In recent years we have seen a decrease in the demand for the courses offered in this certificate program. Consequently, we have recently made the decision to discontinue this certificate program. In response to the changing needs of students, The Diamond Institute for Integral Learning is developing new programs that will challenge the way students think about leadership and conflict. We hope that you will join us in this exciting period of development by participating in new Certificate Programs and Workshops.
For those students who have taken part in the Certificate in Organizational Leadership, we are happy that you have had the opportunity to participate in our leadership courses and hope that they were an enriching part of your leadership training.
