The Diamond Institute's Course Format

The Diamond Institute’s courses are presented in a format that is experiential, combining theory and skill building. Within a supportive and caring environment, opportunities are created for individual and group work with feedback provided by trainers and coaches.

Student Evaluation

Students are evaluated using a non-hierarchical grading system of Complete or Incomplete. A Complete grade is given to students who attend the full number of hours in a course’s duration. If a student misses a day or major portion of a day, only the number of hours attended will be recorded on their transcript, with an Incomplete grade. Students may make up hours or days missed when the course runs again.

The exception to this evaluation is the Certificate Program in Organizational Leadership, Advanced Completion.
